Three more from same batch as yesterday’s bake (I’m done for a while).

Couldn’t wait pepperoni and Calabrian chili oil

Fresh mozz (meant to use WMLM) salami, and parmigiano with post bake sauteed dandelion leaves, stracciatella, tomato confit, EVOO, and black pepper.

WMLM (meant to use the fresh here) mozzarella, capers, Taggiasca olives, oregano, and post bake EVOO. Should’ve also been anchovies, but I forgot I tossed them after a multi day power outage this year. Maybe I didn’t need to since they were packed in salt, but I’d also opened them about three years prior.

These were meant to be thin and crispy.
