Apologies for posting this in the wrong place on the forum, but I hope that this helps establish that I’m actually a pizza geek and not a mixer shill.

Here is my take on a pickle pizza. We call it the P^4th. It is over-spiced pulled pork, Grillos pickles, a mix of Queso Chihuahua (from Costco) and mozzarella cheese, with a scratch made garlic dill mayo-based sauce on a crust made from fresh milled Red Fife wheat.
