I actually think I wish martins crumb was a bit more open.   I love them and all, it’s what I have bought for my burgers and dogs for over 20 years, but, a little more open sounds good to me. 

I cant even imagine how good these must be a few minutes out of the oven with some butter on them…. OMG.   They look absolutely stunning.
