I’ve been making pizzas at home every Friday and Saturday night for about 25 years. Aside from finding tips and recipes for homemade pepperoni, I have everything else pretty much figured out. However, the SPIRAL mixer is new to me, hence the posts.

I hope that someone gets some value from my mixer buying experience or the reasoning behind my purchase. I don’t much have else to add.
