Reviving this thread with the hopes that someone will see it. I’m looking for a new oven for my New Haven-style popup (replacing two Halo Versas) and this looks like a much better option, if not a bit pricey. Curious to hear about how portable these ovens actually are. Is it it something I could load into the back of my suv, unload into a bar or brewery, then back again at the end of the night? Would love some recommendations or ideas jf there are better options…thanks!
