The good:
It’s very spacious with the 19.5in square hearth, it can handle up 18in NY-Style pizzas with some skill at careful placement. The design of the top and bottom elements makes heat management and precision cooking easier than the OONI Karu 16 and Pro ovens I’ve owned. Once I get the oven preheated well and the top and bottom zones preheated it can recover in just a few minutes between pizzas. It performs well from normal home oven temps all the way up to ~750/800f, for a roughly 3-minute bake time. Oven is well insulated. The top exterior of the oven maxes out in the mid 100Fs even when I have the oven cranked up over 700. The sides are much cooler.
