Apologies, you are correct that I wasn’t giving UPS claims a fair chance. As such, I’ve both filed a UPS claim and have also edited out the offending lines from my reply as it’s not relevant or constructive to the topic. If the result of the claim becomes relevant I’ll add another comment as appropriate.
