Re: Gozney Pro Peel

Been using the pro peel for a while now and I like it. The round front helps me in the final shape and the balance of it is better than the Amazon knock off that has served me well. The pro hasn’t showed signs of the bottom front edge finish scraping off. The Amazon one does but can’t remember how long it took. I didn’t notice any flavor difference in pizzas with or without peel Finnish 🤣. I am happier with the peel than the oven.
