Totally agreed. I lived on Lou’s while I lived up there and tried TONS of the tomatoes I could my hands on here in Knoxville, finally found Escalon 6 in 1 and Stanislaus Alta Cucina at GFS (Gordon Food Service) and they were as close as I’ve found. VERY good. I’m baking some pies this week though and am going to try one with Bianco Di Napoli crushed. I’m not sure they’ll be a perfect Lou’s clone – but, man are they great tomatoes!
