One thing I an considering is removing the safety plastic mechanism in the back to allow clearance space to attach these gel packs that come in pouches with adhesives.
Famag units have a metal safety on both sides and I figure it can be done too. I feel the safety there is neglible as a concern as even Kys doesnt have one to allow for use of ice packs.

In this vid you can see the safety mechanism right behind the bowl. Its meant as to reduce chance of fingers going between frame and bowl while spinning but dont feel its much of a concern as others dont feature it really and removing it would allow for use of gel packs such as these to be placed strategically in different parts. Figured with 4-5 of these one would be set. If the adhesive isnt strong enough to handle the speed of the mixing of the bowl I figure one can always use Dual Lock or some 3M whatever to get the job done ^_^
