Can i be forgiven for asking a slightly off-topic question under the broad L’industrie umbrella? How big do we think these sandwich rolls are? Like in grams. Asking because I’ve gotten into hoagie roll baking recently and I want to learn. This is presumably half of one with the ends cut off but you can see them baking the full ones in the Bon App video.
