No Dome oven yet – but a new 1100 series that is about to hit the US market! 

21″W by 42″D baking stone, for 18-20″ pies comfortably. PM93XED series can really only do (4) 18″ pies comfortably (unless very skilled/used to oven), this new PM113XED series will be able to delivery (6) 18″https://www.pizzamaking.com/20″ pies a deck. Picture five decks of that…. 

Model will be at NAFEM & EXPO.
