Re: Di Fara Frozen Pizza

I bought the two pizzas I discussed in the post above. The pizzas are just a branding deal. The last time I had a pizza from Di Fara, Dom made it himself. So, my memory is foggy. But, this pizza is not authentic Di Fara.

What this exercise disclosed was a name that was never mentioned on this website before – Roncadin. They are an Italian frozen pizza company. The real news here is that this firm opened a plant in Chicagoland. I will open a separate thread discussing this further.
