A couple Monday nighters. Broccolini, chorizo on a margherita base. Mushroom with Calabrian chili, parsley on mozzarella, cheddar/gruyer base with a little pecorino added. Broccolini one stuck to the peel so I did the flip to pan and back to peel. Was a little funky of a launch. The mushroom one got a tiny hole in a thin spot towards the end of the bake and created a burnt spot so that is why there is s pile of parsley to cover it.
