How’s the durability of premium pizza peels?
Do the expensive ones from Ooni, Gozney, GImetal etc last longer/have better durability than the cheap ones?
I’ve only used cheap peels from Amazon, wood ~$20, metal ~$30….
While these do the job, one wooden peel I had in the past literally split in half.
Also my aluminum peel once got its lip bent a little. I did manage to bend it back into usable state, but not to its original flat condition.
If the expensive ones have better durability, I might invest in them once my current ones eventually break.
