First unit did not have a bearing on the turntable so it would not rotate correctly and also found the gas manifold was broke in half so a real hazard upon lighting it. Halo replaced the entire unit and I returned the defective one.

Got the new unit and the turntable will not rotate at all. New batteries and plugged in. Halo sent replacement motor and upon installing it the turntable rotated.
Now the strange part, it stopped rotating when I put the pizza on the stone. Temp was perfect so I was at a loss. Opened lid while pizza was on the non-rotating stone and it began to rotate. Found if I put a rock between the lid and the bottom of the oven case and keep the lid open 1″ or so it will rotate and cooks a fantastic pizza. Halo is baffled and so am I. Of course I have to take the rock out or raise the lid on up to remove my pizza but …
