Thanks. It did taste good too. I was just missing the Buffalo mozzarella, but used another soft Mozz. My son just drove up from his house in Napa and he brought me two pounds of Buffalo Mozz. Hopefully I’ll get it today. He said it’s good for 8 days. I think I’ll freeze at least one of the balls. I’ve been freezing the sliced Board Head mozz that I get here in the valley to use mainly on my grandma pizza. That Fred Meyers is an hours drive for the round trip, so I buy a pound of it and it freezes well. Hopefully the softer, Buffalo mozz would freeze well too. Life is good!
