Ages ago I bought the Breville hand mixer with a light which I thought was silly when I bought it. But after using it, I ended up loving it and wondering why more companies don’t use lights in places like this.  The light here’s awesome, and it having a plastic bowl cover instead of one of those metal finger grate thingies every other sprials seem to have should be better for letting the dough sit to proof and not having it dry out.
