Re: Soup

I know this sounds crazy but I make turkey pea soup now every year the day after thanksgiving.  Yes ham is better than turkey in soup or right out of the oven, however, I am shocked at how nicely this turns out.  I don’t miss the ham at all.

I used to do that days after Thanksgiving, not the next.  It was never great.  The dogs love vintage leftovers.
