Anthony’s Diastatic Malt Powder, probably the most common. I’ll look into adding that in, but finding the Linter strength if it isn’t easy from what I remember. Also, and I don’t disagree with it being important, but if someone looking at that recipe is familiar with DMP strength, then they’re probably able to adjust, as you’ve already stated. Including DMP to begin with is a bit of an “advanced” technique for my client’s customer base. Throwing in Linter values may have been a bit much.

That said, I was asked to write an article on Diastatic Malt Powder for next month or the month after, so you’re not too far off in me needing to be more specific. Thanks!

you are correct Anthony’s is 60L, 58-62 to be exact.
