Are you frustrated by the lack of dollars or lack of customers?
Just asking b/c looking at the numbers, it doesn’t pencil to me.
$44K/ month @ 21% labor and I assume 30% cost of goods (on the high side) should leave you pleanty for overhead and profit. $44Kx49%= $21560. Where is that going?
It’s the basics- cost of good sold+labor+overhead+profit=sales
If lack of profit is the frustration then perhaps you should be focused on making it work with the sales you have.
For me I have to work backwards. Accuratly predict how much I sell then control the costs to fit. If sales don’t come in as expected I can focus on increasing sales and adjusting expences to new/future estimates.
Budgeting works if you budget what you can afford not what is ‘needed’ for some other reason.It’s like the old joke, my bank account can’t be overdrawn, I still have checks…
