I am curious as to your labor situation.

I run a second small pick up only store (Former Papa Murphys spot) that does about the same business as you have stated.

It all comes down to how much you want to work, in my opinion.

You should be able to solo any given daytime, or at least have one other on staff no?

How many do you have on staff during the busy times?

Definitely too many ppl on. I have a delivery driver, phone/waitress person, app/sub/salads and pizza person. I have a 19 yr old pizza/prep kid going away for the entire summer, I will step in and be him, but I cannot do two stations, answer phones and deliver. Need 3 ppl including me…there is also prep to do….but I work some evenings solo on the pizza line…
