Definitely too many ppl on. I have a delivery driver, phone/waitress person, app/sub/salads and pizza person. I have a 19 yr old pizza/prep kid going away for the entire summer, I will step in and be him, but I cannot do two stations, answer phones and deliver. Need 3 ppl including me…there is also prep to do….but I work some evenings solo on the pizza line…

Have you thought about third party delivery? It’s a PITA, but we increase the prices to the exact amount that they upcharge so it makes sense for us. The customer pays for the convenience. Then you could not worry about delivery drivers and insurance and all of that jazz. Customers would lots of times rather order from an app than through the website or call in.

Also, hit that beer and wine HARD. We had a beer and wine license for a long time and it was our bread and butter. Have liquor now. If you have a bar, try and drive the traffic there because “you don’t h…
