I think I read the max delay is due to ul cert, which is a pretty involved process. As far as outdoor use, it’s def compact enough, folding legs etc etc where I can see it being good for taking camping or something, but certified for outdoor use or not, I’m not sure I’d love using an electric oven in the rain. Other than that, with a bit of common sense, I see no issues using this outdoors. I believe the ooni volt is also meant to be stored indoors as well.  If I had to compare the build quality to something I’d say the first Ironman suit, the one he built in the cave. It’s robust, and def not refined. But it’s heavy and it works.
