Thanks Jawnz!! Yep as long as you cool on a rack it holds the crunch a decent amount of time.  Def had that crunch going through it with the pizza cutter. That is the most satisfying thing haha.

They reheat so well well.  375 on the stone or a pan for 8-10 mins and you’re in crunch city.
