Also, most ranges have a 220V power supply, even gas ranges with an electric oven. All you need is a multi-adapter to connect two devices to the same 220V outlet (and only use one at a time, of course). Built-in electric ovens, too.

Most US homes have a 220V outlet in the kitchen, it’s just that most people don’t realize. And just like you can use a triple outlet adapter or extension on a 120V outlet, same can be done with 220V (as a matter of fact, everyone does in Europe). So there’s no reason not to use the 220V range outlet also for the Effeuno. Moving the range once to install an extension is annoying, but much less than baking pizza in the garage or, worse, laundry room.

This thing is big. I doubt most people would want it in their kitchen. My pizza shop is in my garage so it’s perfect.
