This dough seemed a bit harder to handle at first but seemed easier the farther I got into opening it. Ended right at 12 inches with no true thin spots.

Did not spring at all. I know I said I didn’t like too much spring but this was zero. Maybe a bit too charred on the bottom but ate well all in all.

I give it an 8.
