Thansk for the tip. I haven’t investigated commercial ovens. The Avantco DPS-18-S single deck would meet my requirements at $599 and I do have 20 amp outlets on my kitchen counter and it will fit on my residential kitdhen counter.

Commercial restaurant suppliers carry them. Amazon has a couple of Avantco ovens but don’t list this one.
