We had some challenges getting it hooked up to our natural gas line: the threading was unusual for North America, more details in another post.

Once we found an appropriate adapter and hooked it up, we followed the instructions to cure it first, then later did our first bake. We let it fire for about 50 minutes before checking the temperature, the cooking surface read between 900-980F. So no issues with natural gas! It cooked so quickly, and without burning the bottom. We’re exceptionally happy.
