Give em a try.  They are pretty mild and do good for raw and sauteed/baked applications.  Around here they cost middle of the road.  The Spanish yellows are cheapest, whites next, then purple and sweet yellow are the most.  I used to use Spanish yellow but they overpower everything else!

Got a refresher on supplies.  Changing up from 6in1 to cento organic san marzano whole peeled for the holiday season.  Amazon’s got that price right.  These cans go for 7 bucks a piece at safeway.  Only 25 bucks at Amazon for a 6 pack.  I was going to switch back to sir lancelot to get an unbleached flour but the all trumps has always been the best flour I’ve used, and it’s about 15 bucks cheaper per bag.

I think my customers will be happier with the better tomatoes!  I’ve never tried the organic version so this …
