Great oven with obvious design flaws which don’t effect everyone. I use it all the time, baked a sourdough whole wheat loaf today, reheated leftover pizza for lunch and made the app fajita recipe for dinner.

I’d only buy the 1200 one if they proved to be reliable and my version 1 run ended.

Somebody with electrical repair skills could probably fix the overheat shutdown. Repair shop probably too costly however.

I am good with electronics and soldering, have a hot air soldering gun, soldering station, and a IR soldering station for bga rework, but i dont want to tear this thing apart with no info on what the cause is.
