Re: Chefman/Costco Indoor Pizza Oven

Hi everyone, (posting same here in this section)
I didn’t know if this question should go under the oven section or the section about pans etc. I just got the chefman oven the other day and briefly tested it out. My favorite pizza is NY pizza so I think this will be fine for me. The two pizzas I made tasted great. But I also love Bar pizzas and I saw some pans that I saw being used on YouTube to make them (Lloyd’s).

But I also saw a video of a steel plate being used in an Ooni oven and it warped right away. I’m not planning on making neopolitans so I won’t have the temps up so high. Does anyone here that might also have a chefman oven think I would be ab…
