Pie 3.  This was proofed an hour longer that the other 2 due to my wife’s schedule.  I think it was the best of the 3 as far as crust goes.  Baked 8 mins, rotating half way, no broiler.  I’m getting closer!

Topped with parsley, garlic, oil base, ricotta, mozz, grape tomatoes, fried onions (a random leftover in our fridge), dried oregano.
