Thanks, I can tell you put a lot of work in that document.  In the US, the ovens are sold by Black Rock Grill, but they don’t offer the full line that you have listed, just some of the models.  For mine, the P150HA, the stone was poorly packed and arrived broken in many pieces so it would not rest on the ledges – but a replacement stone arrived in a few days –  and it only came with the what they call the standard refractory brick shelf, not the hybrid or biscotti.
