not that it changes anything for you, but I think it’s a rebrand of PINA LINE – Resto Italia – Produzione Macchine Alimentari with some minor mods Vito asked for.  On one of his youtube videos a guy said they still had Resto address and mixer model number in the manual he received.  IFE looks like they distribute a lot of different products – probably also have a branded version of the Resto mixer.
